1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AutoPromix mobile application and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

2 Service Description

AutoPromix is a business communication automation tool that enables users to:

• Automatically send SMS replies when calls are missed, incoming, or outgoing
• Automatically send WhatsApp messages in response to call events
• Configure custom message templates for different scenarios
• Manage blacklists to exclude specific contacts from auto-replies
• View communication logs via a web-based organization dashboard
• Operate the auto-reply service reliably in the background

The Service operates on Android devices (Android 8.0 / API 26 and above) and requires persistent internet connectivity for configuration sync and log reporting.

3 Eligibility

To use AutoPromix, you must:

• Be at least 18 years of age
• Have a valid account provided by your organization administrator or AutoPromix
• Have a compatible Android device with an active SIM card
• Have WhatsApp installed (for WhatsApp auto-reply feature)
• Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations regarding automated messaging

4 Account & Authentication

AutoPromix accounts are provisioned by your organization administrator. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying your administrator immediately if you suspect unauthorized access
• Using only the account assigned to you — sharing accounts is prohibited

AutoPromix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts at any time if a violation of these Terms is suspected.

5 Permitted Use

You may use AutoPromix solely for lawful business communication purposes, including:

• Notifying callers that you are unavailable and will call back
• Providing business information or contact alternatives when you miss calls
• Sending courtesy messages to callers during scheduled unavailability periods
• Managing communication workflows within your organization

6 Prohibited Activities

• Using AutoPromix to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam)
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing recipients through auto-replies
• Sending illegal, defamatory, or fraudulent content
• Circumventing or attempting to circumvent any security features
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or disassembling the application
• Using the app for mass marketing without recipient consent
• Violating any applicable telecom regulations in your country
• Using the Accessibility Service for any purpose other than WhatsApp auto-reply
• Misrepresenting your identity in auto-reply messages

7 App Permissions & Functionality

AutoPromix requires several Android permissions to function. By using the app, you acknowledge and consent to the following:

• Call Detection: The app monitors call state and call history to trigger auto-replies. This data is not shared with third parties.
• SMS Sending: The app will send SMS messages from your device's SIM card automatically in response to configured call events. Standard SMS charges from your carrier may apply.
• Accessibility Service: Used exclusively to automate WhatsApp message sending. You must explicitly enable this in Android Settings.
• Background Operation: The app operates as a foreground service to reliably detect calls. It uses a persistent notification while active.
• Battery Optimization: You may be prompted to exempt the app from battery optimization to ensure reliable operation.

8 Data & Privacy

Your use of AutoPromix is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Service, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Call logs, SMS delivery records, and WhatsApp message activity may be visible to your organization administrator through the web dashboard. By using AutoPromix under an organization account, you consent to this visibility.

9 Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, AUTOPROMIX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

• Failed delivery of auto-reply messages due to network issues, carrier restrictions, or device limitations
• Unintended recipients receiving auto-replies due to incorrect phone number configurations
• Any SMS charges incurred through use of the auto-reply service
• Interruption of service due to device reboots, battery optimization, or OS restrictions
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service
• Actions taken by organization administrators regarding your account

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

10 Termination

These Terms remain in effect until terminated. Your rights under these Terms will terminate automatically if:

• You violate any provision of these Terms
• Your organization administrator removes your account
• You uninstall the App
• AutoPromix discontinues the Service

You may request account deletion at any time by contacting your organization administrator or emailing support@autopromix.app.

11 Intellectual Property

The AutoPromix application, including but not limited to its source code, user interface design, logos, and trademarks, is owned by AutoPromix and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on your personal device solely for the purposes described in these Terms. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

12 Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by:

• Updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page
• Displaying an in-app notification (where feasible)

Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must discontinue use of the App.
